Job Overview
UKS Money & IMF Private Limited is seeking a Floor Manager based in Delhi-NCR to oversee daily retail operations and lead the sales team to meet performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise sales staff by organizing daily responsibilities, tracking individual and group productivity.
- Monitor sales progress against daily and monthly targets, contribute towards closing significant sales deals, and encourage team motivation for achieving goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers, addressing detailed questions, and efficiently managing escalated concerns.
- Ensure inventory availability by managing shelf stock, preventing shortages, and coordinating timely restocking with storage areas.
- Maintain visually appealing product arrangements that align with company branding standards.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees, conduct product knowledge sessions, and offer performance-related feedback for continuous improvement.
Additional Information
Compensation ranges between INR 20,000 and 35,000 per month.
