Role and Schedule

We are seeking a dependable Floater/Mobile Custodian to work primarily at multiple job sites around Johnstown, PA, engaging in a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain high cleanliness standards. This role involves a consistent evening shift and provides opportunities for independent work backed by a supportive team.

Work Hours & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay rate: $20 per hour paid weekly
• Includes vehicle and gas reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

• Travel among various worksites to fill in for absent custodial staff
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Maintain restrooms and break rooms
• Carry out dusting and trash removal tasks
• Confirm each location meets cleanliness requirements before departure
• Report site conditions and supply needs to the Area Manager
• Adopt a proactive approach to maintain cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction
