Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable, proactive Floater/Mobile Custodian to join our team in Johnstown, PA. This role offers variety and independence with a consistent second-shift schedule, allowing you to work across multiple sites to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM
- 40 hours per week
- $20 per hour with weekly pay
- Vehicle and gas reimbursement provided
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various job sites to substitute for absent team members
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom and break-room cleaning, dusting, and garbage removal
- Ensure all locations meet company cleanliness standards before departure
- Communicate with Area Manager about site-specific needs and supply replenishments
- Approach tasks with attention to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
