Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flight Simulator Instructor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will enhance safety and operational preparedness by training military aviators for critical missions. Your expertise will be vital in enabling new aviators to excel under high-pressure circumstances using state-of-the-art simulation technology.

Key Responsibilities

As an individual contributor, you will primarily deliver training sessions within a flight simulator or onboard an aircraft, adhering strictly to relevant regulatory and customer standards. You will conduct detailed pre-flight and post-flight briefings and maintain professional communication consistent with company standards. Your role also involves serving as a subject matter expert (SME) during curriculum and courseware development and potentially overseeing examinations as an invigilator.

Qualifications and Experience

This specialist-level position requires a professional degree paired with a broad understanding of multiple disciplines relevant to the role. The incumbent is expected to have roughly eight years of related experience demonstrating thorough knowledge and capability in managing complex and critical tasks within the organization.
