Role Overview

The company is seeking experienced Flight Simulator Instructors specialized in the A321 fleet to join its Flight Operations team. This vital role involves delivering simulator-based pilot training that meets the highest standards of operational excellence and regulatory adherence, fully aligned with Riyadh Air’s core principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured simulator instruction to pilots, enhancing their skills and operational knowledge.
• Evaluate pilot performance consistently to ensure competency and adherence to safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement of the training curriculum to uphold professionalism, safety, and innovation within Flight Operations Training.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a solid instructional and operational background, including:

• At least 1,000 hours of experience as a Simulator Instructor within a commercial airline environment or in instructing on aircraft types relevant to the Riyadh Air fleet.
• A minimum of 2,500 flight hours serving as Pilot-in-Command (Captain) in commercial airline operations.
