Role Overview

The Fixed-Income Analyst will join a growing team in Hyderabad, working closely with capital markets data and fintech solutions. This role suits those with strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and excellent English communication, suitable for building a career in capital markets and fintech. Although prior fixed-income expertise isn't mandatory, the candidate should demonstrate quick learning, critical thinking, and data competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary bond pricing algorithms to generate evaluated bond prices
• Maintain and validate fixed-income datasets including bond reference and pricing data
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine bond analytics, screening tools, and data workflows
• Support editorial efforts by tracking and composing content on international bond markets for daily newsletters
• Engage with clients to drive subscription uptake, app usage, and improve satisfaction
• Develop presentations for prospective members like banks and brokers for BBX engagement
• Assist onboarding of new BBX members and support exchange operations for smooth functionality
• Facilitate IBF-accredited training courses run by the company

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related quantitative fields
• Recent or soon-to-be graduate from a reputable institution with strong academic records
• Possesses an analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable handling numerical, data-centric, and structured information
• Keen interest in capital markets, fintech, and investment methodologies
• Adapts quickly in dynamic, innovative work environments
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and capable of multitasking with strong ownership
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience through internships or projects related to fixed income, financial markets, fintech, investment research, or data analytics
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Excel, SQL, Python, or other analytic software tools is beneficial
• Progress towards CFA or comparable certifications is advantageous
