About the Role
This position is based at the Riyadh field site within the Established Pharmaceuticals division. Abbott focuses on delivering high-quality branded generic medicines across various therapeutic areas such as gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory diseases to emerging markets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of two or more professionals including technical and administrative staff.
- Serve as a first-level manager focusing on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating team efforts.
- Manage team activities without direct authority over budgeting or hiring/firing decisions.
- Promote and sell organizational pharmaceutical products through multiple sales channels within a designated territory by engaging specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Possession of Saudi Commission for Health Specialists (SCHS) license.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical market.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Saudi nationality required.
