Established in 1984, Firetrol stands as a nationwide leader in fire protection and life safety services. We are looking to expand our team at the Lubbock, TX location by hiring a Fire Alarm Helper to support our skilled professionals in fire protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct guidance from a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
• Assist in servicing, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems also under supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
• Engage professionally and respectfully with customers, contractors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Adhere strictly to OSHA and Firetrol safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required daily paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Be prepared to work occasional overtime, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience, training, or education related to alarm system installation, maintenance, inspection, or repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in diverse settings such as commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and government facilities.
• Must either hold or be willing to obtain any necessary state licenses.
• Having a valid Driver's License is preferred.
• Applicants must meet State, Federal, and Customs background check standards.
