Project Overview

We are seeking a Finishing Foreman to lead finishing works on a substantial residential development in Athlone, comprising 570 homes over a 5-year build period. This long-term position provides an opportunity to manage finishing operations from early stages until project completion, ensuring superior quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities across residential units, guaranteeing top workmanship standards
• Coordinate and oversee multiple trades working onsite
• Manage day-to-day site tasks to maintain project timelines
• Perform quality inspections, oversee snagging processes, and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with Site Management, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure the workplace satisfies safety regulations and remains clean and well-organised

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Finishing Foreman in residential construction projects
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance
• Proven ability to manage diverse trades and sustain workflow efficiency
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Availability to commence work within a few weeks
