Job Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in insurance and workers' compensation, including employer's liability, auto liability, and general liability insurance policies.
• Support operational teams by providing customers with insurance certificates aligned with their coverage requirements.
• Utilize vendor management software to manage insurance certificates and handle departmental invoice processing.
• Ensure data accuracy within the vendor management system related to claims, collaborating with vendors to correct discrepancies.
• Prepare work wage sheets for injured employees on behalf of vendors.
• Respond effectively to service tickets in My Service Center, delivering high-quality customer support.
• Manage monopolistic state filings, self-insurance tasks, and ensure timely premium payments working independently with US state authorities.
• Implement approved variances in point-of-sale systems and oversee off-site record coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years professional experience focused on insurance and workers' compensation.
