Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide relevant financial insights.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis to underpin business decision-making processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities.
• Analyze performance metrics, costs, margins, and critical business drivers.
• Prepare management accounts along with performance reporting documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant holding ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent certification.
• Relevant experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), management accounting, business partnering, or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, particularly strong Excel proficiency.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and teams outside of finance.
• Demonstrates commercial curiosity and understands broader business perspectives beyond just numbers.
• Proactive and confident, willing to question existing practices.
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights.
