Key Responsibilities

• Create financial models that aid in strategic decision-making and long-range planning.
• Assess prospective investments and develop business cases for new initiatives.
• Construct scenario-based analyses to evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and potential outcomes.
• Provide strategic financial advice to guide investment and resource distribution.
• Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across various departments.
• Deliver precise monthly profit and loss as well as cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze financial results, identify primary business drivers, and pinpoint risks and growth opportunities.
• Conduct variance analyses and suggest actionable improvements to stakeholders.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Examine and enhance financial planning and reporting procedures.
• Support automation projects aimed at streamlining financial reporting processes.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing tasks.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling, Investment Analysis, or a comparable analytical finance position.
• Proficient in developing financial models, managing budgets, forecasting, and evaluating business performance.
• Familiarity with assessing investment projects and composing business cases is highly valued.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with business intelligence teams or preparing specifications for reporting and automation projects is a plus.
• Experience within a large multinational or manufacturing company will be considered advantageous.
• Fluent English language skills at least at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level.
