About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant (Advisor) to join our team with the mission of making India's households financially secure through effective insurance consultation. The candidate will play a crucial role in educating potential customers about insurance products and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance policies.
• Explain the features and benefits of various insurance products over the phone.
• Address customer queries clearly and convincingly to foster trust.
• Arrange follow-up calls tailored to customer availability.
• Motivate customers to finalize insurance purchases.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Freshers with a strong desire to learn about insurance policies are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in similar advisory roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Candidates should be willing to work on rotational shifts and adapt quickly to corporate culture.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential.
• Must be between 18 to 30 years of age and fluent in Kannada.
• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 10+2.
• Experienced hires must provide all relevant documents from their immediate prior employer.
• Candidates residing far from the job location should be open to relocation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fresh candidates can expect a salary of approximately 300000 INR annually plus uncapped incentives.
• Experienced professionals can earn between 350000 to 400000 INR per annum along with unlimited incentives.
• Additional benefits include medical insurance coverage and Provident Fund contributions.
