Inside Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a driven and energetic Telesales Executive to join Mecon Technology, a prominent manufacturer specializing in CNC machines. This position involves managing inbound sales inquiries primarily from platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia, initiating contact with potential clients, and effectively converting prospects into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales queries from portals including IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
• Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients to communicate the features and benefits of CNC machines and offered services.
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products.
• Regularly update the client database with precise records of calls and leads.
• Continuously follow up on leads to ensure timely completion of sales.
• Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to prepare quotations and process orders.
• Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Open to candidates without prior experience (freshers eligible).
• Effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn telesales, telemarketing, and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of B2B sales, especially in industrial or SMB sales contexts.
• Understanding of customer query handling and customer engagement strategies.
• Prior knowledge of CNC machines is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month, supplemented by performance incentives.
• Additional annual bonus rewards based on performance.

• Location: Amarnath Industrial Park, Bhavda Road, Bhavda, Gujarat, India (Vinzol, Ahmedabad).
• Shift Timing: Full-time day shift.
