Role Overview

The Finance team at Revolut plays a critical role in enabling clarity, confidence, and strategic insight across all business areas, influencing decisions and supporting scalable growth. The Finance Services Manager, specializing in reconciliation, will ensure sound control frameworks to support Revolut’s international expansion efforts. This position requires a blend of strategic foresight and detailed operational focus to enhance financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to establish and maintain strong reconciliation controls that facilitate growth.
• Monitor upcoming and outstanding reconciliation discrepancies and coordinate with teams to resolve them promptly.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to optimize reconciliation processes and identify issues requiring escalation to product teams.
• Work with Product teams to detect patterns causing breaks and develop sustainable solutions.
• Explore and apply opportunities to automate and improve relevant processes.
• Undertake reconciliation testing for product releases and integration adjustments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a reconciliation specialist or comparable role within financial services or banking sectors.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL for data handling and analysis.
• Capacity to balance high-level strategic planning with practical, hands-on task execution.
• Strong communication skills essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and confident approach to work.
• High degree of ownership and capability to operate independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
