About the Role
This opportunity involves leading finance process transformation projects with a focus on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to design and implement innovative solutions within finance operations such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR), including Fixed Assets (FA). The position is based in Mumbai, with possibilities in Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, and is classified at the managerial level (Level 07).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance process transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on identifying and designing AI use cases across OTC, PTP, and RTR processes.
- Design and deploy agentic and generative AI-powered solutions through collaboration with frontend developers (FDEs) and AI/data specialists within team pods.
- Act as the AI solution architect for finance, translating complex finance requirements into actionable development specifications.
- Demonstrate AI fluency including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LangChain, and AutoGen; critically evaluate AI outputs for finance applications.
- Develop automation and integration strategies, including value-case assessments for finance functions.
- Leverage low-code and no-code platforms in the design and development phases of AI-driven finance programs.
- Apply knowledge of API middleware frameworks such as MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services to support integration architecture.
- Possess finance domain expertise covering at least two finance towers such as OTC, PTP, and RTR.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational credentials include CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, B.Tech, B.E., or Bachelors in Data Science from a Tier 1 institute.
- 7 to 11 years of relevant experience, preferably in managerial roles.
- In-depth understanding of finance process transformation with demonstrated AI use case identification and design experience.
- Familiarity with financial compliance frameworks such as SOX, IFRS, and GAAP.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or knowledge of multi-agent orchestration platforms like CrewAI, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- Hands-on understanding of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Expertise in process mining tools including Celonis or Signavio; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for financial analytics.
- Exposure to enabling technology tools relevant to finance functions.
