Role Overview

The Finance Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. This role entails supervision of all essential financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flows, and crafting financial reports to inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities also include monthly and yearly account preparation, monitoring revenue and cost factors, managing payables and receivables, and conducting precise reconciliations.

The Finance Manager ensures compliance with local financial legislation, tax obligations, and internal control systems, while engaging with external auditors and banking institutions when necessary. Additional duties involve providing senior management with financial analyses related to commercial contracts, assessing financial risks, and advising on process improvements to optimize efficiency and promote sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Must be an Arab national
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a Finance Manager role
• Prior experience within construction companies
• Robust financial management and accounting expertise
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
