Job description

Overview

The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing comprehensive compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical programs across Binladin International Holding Group and its various business sectors.

Key Duties

  • Design, enforce, and perpetually improve the Group's compliance framework aligned with Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Create and maintain a Regulatory Obligations Register alongside comprehensive compliance protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct annual compliance audits, identify loopholes, and monitor remedial measures until resolution.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory updates and translate those into practical operational directives.
  • Oversee management of compliance risks, regulatory examinations, licenses, permits, and corrective initiatives.
  • Compile and present regular compliance performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) committees.
  • Provide regulatory consulting to internal departments and collaborate closely with assurance teams.
  • Facilitate compliance education sessions to foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Between seven to ten years of pertinent experience, notably at least five years specializing in regulatory compliance roles.
  • Holding certifications such as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Certified Compliance Professional (CCP), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or equivalent is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable expertise in compliance auditing, managing regulatory obligations, performing gap analyses, overseeing remediation tracking, and reporting to executive levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape and compliance governance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English at a professional level is required.
