Finance Manager

Overview

SportPlex Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage its financial functions and support strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow oversight, regulatory compliance, and leading the finance team to drive financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans on an annual basis.
• Track and analyze financial performance, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital needs.
• Ensure adherence to local financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
• Coordinate both internal and external audit processes and resolve any findings.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management frameworks.
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Participate in business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision making.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to the finance team promoting high performance.
• Maintain liaison with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional credentials like CPA, ACCA, CMA, or their equivalent are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting roles, including management.
• Strong expertise in financial reports, budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP software and advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership qualities with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
