About the Internship

This internship involves focused financial responsibilities centered around understanding and managing startup economics. You will develop and maintain detailed unit economics models that assess metrics per booking, hub, and city. Weekly financial tracking will cover revenue, burn rate, and runway projections to ensure up-to-date fiscal visibility. Additionally, you'll contribute to financial modeling related to seed round funding, including various projections, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.

Key roles also include overseeing invoicing, vendor payments, and maintaining financial documentation. Creation of comprehensive financial dashboards will support founder-level decision-making, and assistance in due diligence processes will involve managing data rooms and preparing financial statements.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship located in Pune.
• Internship start dates range between September 10th and October 15th, 2026.
• Availability for the entire 3-month internship duration is mandatory.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills, interests, and preferably finance or commerce-related backgrounds.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
• Understanding of startup financial metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), contribution margin, and burn rate.
