Finance Head

About the Company and Position

WOW Softech, a company specializing in manufacturing, is seeking a Finance Head for its location in Hisar, India. This leadership position is crucial for overseeing the financial health and strategies of the company, reporting directly to the Director. The role requires extensive experience in the stainless steel, steel, or related manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead the initiatives related to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and efforts to optimize costs.
• Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including taxation, GST, TDS, Registrar of Companies (ROC) requirements, and applicable financial reporting standards.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury duties.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential. Alternatively, qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CMA, or equivalent are considered.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounts, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, management information system (MIS) reporting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.
• Preferably experienced with new business financials within the manufacturing sector.

Additional Information

• Working days are Monday through Saturday.
• Location strictly onsite at Hisar.
• Reporting directly to the Director level.
