Job Overview

We are assisting an innovative Irish manufacturing company with an international presence to find a commercially astute Finance Business Partner. This role is based in North County Dublin and offers a competitive salary of €75,000 to €85,000 plus bonus and benefits.

The position involves close collaboration with key stakeholders and senior management to support commercial decisions, financial planning, launching new products, customer acquisition, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including variance analysis and insightful performance reports.
• Conduct product costing and analyze standard costs related to principal business drivers.
• Assist with annual budget preparation, forecasting, and strategic long-term financial planning.
• Evaluate new opportunities with customers, retailers, and products.
• Support business initiatives and promote continuous process improvements.
• Participate in new product launches, customer onboarding, and strategic growth projects.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial insight paired with solid financial expertise.
• Experienced in delivering financial presentations to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication abilities and adept in managing stakeholders effectively.
