Role Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture partnerships with different business units.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business from a financial perspective.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights about business financials.
- Provide analytical insight linking financial data to business strategies.
- Support business departments in optimizing yield and performance.
- Assess and hedge exposure to various fiat and cryptocurrency risks.
- Manage and forecast cash and cryptocurrency positions.
- Handle other related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in commercial accounting.
- Self-driven, quick learner with leadership capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a history of successfully growing operations in difficult economic environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, in speaking and writing, to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
