Position Overview

This senior finance role within the FOOD APAC and broader FOOD finance teams partners with Country Managers and team leads to provide financial leadership, guidance, and governance. It supports the Regional Finance Director for APAC to enhance the business's financial value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and ensure the enforcement of finance and accounting policies.
• Regularly disseminate performance reports and financial target assessments to stakeholders.
• Deliver timely project and service revenue and margin recognition analytics for the FOOD Group.
• Oversee the forecasting and tracking of order intake and backlog with close collaboration with sales and service teams.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and revenue forecasting activities.
• Meet monthly and yearly reporting deadlines while providing insightful analysis explaining business performance.
• Participate actively in finance projects aimed at improving data and process efficiency.
• Work with Sales, Service, and Finance units to formulate and implement a credit strategy aligned with business goals and organizational credit policies.
• Provide financial analyses on demand to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain high service standards, continuously seeking improvements and excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring communication and audits to meet customer expectations and deliver business value.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business disciplines.
• CA or CPA certification is preferred.
• Bring over 10 years of significant experience in accounting, finance, or commercial roles.
• Demonstrate proven success in enhancing services revenue and profit margins.
• Experience in business modeling, financial analysis, and planning, including forecasting and reporting.
• Proven change leadership and expertise with Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP systems.
• Knowledgeable in planning software and business intelligence/cube reporting tools.
• Industry experience relevant to the sector is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 5% of the time.
• Ability to adapt to open office environments and industrial customer sites.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills across organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Highly motivated, capable of leading and collaborating independently with minimal supervision.
