Job Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning activities.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor critical KPIs to assess company performance.
  • Support management with economic and business-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align financial insights with business objectives.
  • Conduct variance analyses comparing actuals with budgets.
  • Develop presentations and reports for local management and international board meetings in English.
  • Enhance KPI dashboards to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Participate in annual financial statements and investment calculations.
  • Analyze and streamline business processes for optimization.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, finance, or controlling.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in controlling or finance functions.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools such as Lucanet is desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking and numeric proficiency.
  • Capability to translate complex data into effective analyses.
  • Teamwork orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English language.
