Role Overview
We are inviting applications for skilled Final Trim Excavator, Dozer, and Grader Operators to work on a vital project located in Karratha, Western Australia. The role demands precision in final trim work and a commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Perform final trim duties on heavy machinery with adherence to tight tolerance levels
- Operate excavators, dozers, and graders efficiently and safely
- Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining clear communication
- Follow instructions meticulously to ensure project goals are met
- Exemplify leadership qualities by setting high standards for safety and work ethic
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess relevant RII industry qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in final trim operations
- Proficiency in operating Topcon, Trimble, or Leica grade control systems
- Valid manual driver’s license and Construction Industry Card (White or Blue)
- Willingness to undergo required medical evaluations and drug & alcohol testing
- Strong attention to detail and high safety awareness
