Role Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store’s presentation including ordering processes, implementing presentation guidelines and managing daily tasks
• Handle personnel responsibilities such as creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build your store team
• Engage with regional management to discuss store results and development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the store team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekends and evening shifts
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
