About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of your store team, supported by the assistant store manager.
• Manage store presentation standards, ordering processes, and daily operational tasks.
• Oversee staffing, including preparing work schedules and fostering employee development.
• Handle recruitment to build and maintain your store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with prior experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and develop your team through constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours weekly across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
