Role Responsibilities
- Lead your store team effectively, supported by the deputy store manager
- Manage all aspects of store presentation including ordering, adhering to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
- Handle personnel duties such as creating schedules and promoting staff development
- Manage recruitment to build and strengthen your store team
- Engage closely with regional management to review results and discuss store growth
Candidate Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management position
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek across 5 days, including regular weekends and evenings
- Willingness to complete an 8-week induction at one of our trainer stores in Germany
