Position Overview
As a Filialleiter (Store Manager), you will lead a dynamic retail team in a fast-growing European trading company. Embrace a demanding yet exciting role where you manage a store featuring 150 new products every week and play a vital role in driving our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your store team with assistance from the deputy branch manager
- Oversee store presentation, order processes, adherence to display guidelines, and daily operations
- Handle personnel duties, including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
- Recruit and build your store team
- Maintain regular communication with regional management to discuss results and store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a comparable retail managerial role
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback
- Availability for 40 hours per week, across five days including regular weekends and evenings
- Commitment to an eight-week onboarding program held at one of the company's trainer stores in Germany
