Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with assistance from the deputy branch manager
• Oversee store presentation, order processes, adherence to display guidelines, and daily operations
• Handle personnel duties, including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit and build your store team
• Maintain regular communication with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a comparable retail managerial role
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, across five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding program held at one of the company's trainer stores in Germany
