Position Overview

Join one of Europe's fastest-growing retail companies as a Filialleiter (Store Manager) overseeing daily operations at our Meißen location. Manage a dynamic team and contribute actively to our ongoing success with a wide range of weekly product updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team effectively, supported by the assistant store management.
• Ensure the store's presentation meets company standards, manage ordering processes, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Manage staffing responsibilities, including creating work schedules and promoting employee growth.
• Recruit and build your store team to maintain optimal operations.
• Engage regularly with regional management to discuss store performance and development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in similar retail management roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills for motivating the team and providing constructive feedback.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek across five days, including weekends and evenings as required.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
