Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance, oversee ordering processes, adhere to presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks
• Hold personnel responsibility by preparing work schedules and encouraging employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Engage with regional management for discussing results and store growth

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly over five days, often on weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training in one of our trainer stores in Germany
