About the Role

Join one of Europe's fastest-growing retail companies as a Store Manager (Filialleiter) based in Stuttgart. This full-time position involves managing a dynamic store environment with the challenge of handling 150 new products weekly while offering ample opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team alongside the deputy store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, inventory ordering, compliance with presentation standards, and daily operational tasks.
• Handle personnel responsibilities including scheduling and fostering employee growth.
• Recruit and expand your store team effectively.
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss results and development strategies.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with prior experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a high level of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback.
• Commitment to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to complete an eight-week training program at one of the company's trainer stores in Germany.
