Job description
Role Overview
We are actively searching for a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience specializing in IBM FileNet to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work setup combining remote and on-site presence, with rotational shifts included. There is no travel requirement for this role. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust software solutions to ensure optimal application performance and user responsiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing IBM FileNet aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to introduce new features and enhancements.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, eliminating bottlenecks to boost efficiency.
- Engage in peer code reviews to uphold coding standards and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address operational challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, code updates, and technical specifications.
- Continuously update professional skills by following industry trends and integrating best practices.
- Adapt to the hybrid working model and shifts to provide ongoing development support.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to ensure goal alignment and project success.
- Contribute positively to the company’s objectives by delivering quality software solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in software engineering, with a strong focus on IBM FileNet.
- Proven problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Strong competencies in debugging and resolving software issues.
- Experience with hybrid work environments and adaptability to rotational shift schedules.

- Location: PAN INDIA with a preference for Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days availability preferred.
- Work Model: Hybrid with rotational shifts; no travel expected.
