File Maintenance Team Member

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff safety.
• Update and apply item pricing and shelf tags in line with company policies.
• Maintain and execute scan file batches to preserve data integrity at the store level.
• Monitor inventory changes including new and discontinued products.
• Implement weekly promotional price updates through appropriate tagging.
• Manage in-store signage and pricing tags for sale and display products.
• Use Scale Management Systems to adjust prices and files for perishable goods.
• Troubleshoot and report scan file discrepancies to relevant personnel.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the store, Help Center, System Support Teams, Reset Teams, and DSD vendors.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Prior related experience between 0 to 6 months.
• Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical requirement of lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
