Job description
Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Field Supervisor, your daily schedule will begin at 6:00 AM. Your duties include loading goods, verifying their quantity against orders and invoices before dispatch, and transporting them using company-provided tempo to the Blinkit warehouse. You will work closely with the warehouse team upon delivery to ensure the received quantity matches what was dispatched. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and accurately recording any rejected goods from the warehouse and returning them properly. Maintaining up-to-date daily records of dispatches, deliveries, and rejections is essential, along with ensuring the safe handling and transportation of all goods. You are also expected to submit daily progress updates to the management team.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a fundamental understanding of counting and tallying goods, be punctual and responsible, and willing to commence work early at 6:00 AM. Good communication abilities are required, and candidates must be comfortable with local travel involved in daily deliveries. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in delivery services, warehouse operations, FMCG, or general operations roles.
