Field Service Technician

About the Role

Four Pixels Healthcare, operating under its unit Delhi Cardio, is seeking a Field Support Executive to manage cardiac diagnostic services in Borivali and adjacent areas of Mumbai. This full-time position involves traveling to patients’ homes, hospitals, and clinics to install and remove Holter Monitoring devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and removal of Holter Monitoring devices at various locations including patients' residences and medical facilities.
• Ensure correct placement of electrodes and proper setup of devices.
• Explain the Holter monitoring process and necessary precautions to patients.
• Complete installations and device pickups promptly.
• Upload Holter monitoring data following company standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with customer support and technical teams for seamless service.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, removals, and device movements.
• Clean, handle, and safeguard diagnostic equipment in a professional manner.
• Deliver a courteous and professional patient service at the doorstep.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Minimum education: 12th grade pass, graduate, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or healthcare related background preferred.
• Open to freshers, as comprehensive training on Holter device installation will be provided.
• Proficient with basic smartphone and computer operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle patients.
• Preferably residing in Borivali or neighboring localities like Kandivali and Malad.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and ownership of a two-wheeler is an advantage.

Compensation and Additional Information

• Monthly salary up to ₹20,000 plus additional travel and field allowances.
• There are no sales targets associated with this role.
• On-the-job Holter monitoring installation training is included.
