Field Support Executive - Holter Services

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Support Executive to join Four Pixels Healthcare in Borivali, Mumbai. This full-time field role involves working closely with patients by installing and removing Holter monitoring devices at their homes or medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and remove Holter devices at patients' residences, hospitals, or clinics.
• Properly place electrodes and configure the monitoring device.
• Explain the procedure and safety precautions to patients clearly.
• Upload device data accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Communicate effectively with the Customer Support and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed 12th grade, graduate degree, DMLT, or a healthcare-related background is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to handle patients with care and professionalism.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computers.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates residing in Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, or nearby areas.

Additional Information

• No sales targets involved in this role.
• Hands-on training for Holter device installation will be given.
