Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to promote our CRM software to packers and movers companies. This role involves generating leads, meeting business owners, giving product demonstrations, and helping customers onboard effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via field visits, references, and local market research.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the CRM software to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate CRM solutions.
- Follow up diligently with prospects and successfully close sales deals.
- Support customers during registration and initial onboarding procedures.
- Keep detailed records of leads, client visits, follow-up activities, and sales outcomes.
- Consistently meet monthly targets for lead generation, demonstrations, and sales closures.
Requirements and Preferences
- Prior proven experience in field sales is favored.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi are beneficial.
- Strong persuasive skills to convince potential clients.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 60,000 depending on performance and experience.
