Job description
Job Overview
PhonePe is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to become part of its core growth team. As an FSE, you will be an official PhonePe employee responsible for increasing the merchant network by enrolling local shops, stores, and businesses in the PhonePe payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground visits to neighborhoods and commercial areas to onboard new merchants.
- Implement product installation by placing PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations.
- Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices for business owners to enhance payment acceptance.
- Support merchants post-installation by providing training on PhonePe devices and addressing their questions and concerns.
Required Qualifications & Equipment
- Ownership of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Must have a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter to facilitate fieldwork.
