About the Role
PhonePe is urgently looking to onboard Field Sales Executives, focusing on executing field tasks without monthly sales targets. The role revolves around achieving a simple daily point-based performance rather than meeting traditional sales quotas.
Daily Performance System
- Accumulate 10 points daily through various field activities.
- Points awarded as: 2 points for each QR KYC completed, 4 points for each service or issue resolved, and 5 points for every Soundbox installed.
- For example, completing 2 Soundbox installations or 5 QR KYC tasks will fulfill the daily target.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹24,000.
- Monthly fuel allowance between ₹4,000 and ₹4,500.
- Additional incentives up to ₹20,000 monthly based on extra points earned.
- Weekly off every Sunday and holidays on festivals.
- The company supplies 10 to 15 verified merchant leads daily.
Candidate Requirements and Work Conditions
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
- Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and an Android smartphone.
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Immediate joining preferred.
