Job description
Job Summary
PhonePe is actively seeking dedicated Field Sales Executives to join their essential growth division. Working directly as a salaried employee of PhonePe, the selected candidates will focus on increasing the merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail establishments, and other businesses in the Asansol area.
Key Responsibilities
- Traverse local commercial areas and retail outlets to recruit new merchants onto the PhonePe platform.
- Implement PhonePe QR Codes at various merchant locations for customer transactions.
- Install and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices to facilitate business operations for merchants.
- Provide training and ongoing support to merchants on how to utilize the devices and troubleshoot any issues.
Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory for daily operations.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler vehicle, either a bike or a scooter, for onsite visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly remuneration ranging between 17,000 to 27,000 INR.
