Job Overview
This position involves engaging with various stakeholders at construction sites to collect and log project-related information. The role requires building and nurturing professional relationships with builders, contractors, and clients to further business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to collect data pertinent to ongoing construction projects.
- Establish and sustain connections with builders, contractors, and clients.
- Promote the company's services and identify new business opportunities during field visits.
- Provide daily reports of activities and collected field data to the sales manager.
- Meet or exceed set weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have completed PUC or possess a degree in any discipline.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
- Fluent in Kannada; proficiency in English and Hindi is advantageous.
- Male candidates only.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is compulsory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented mindset.
Work Locations
Main work sites include Jayanagar and HRBR Layout, with interviews conducted in Jayanagar.
