About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective clients through various communication channels and closing sales efficiently in a competitive environment. It requires a results-driven individual who thrives on meeting targets and contributing effectively to team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up with potential leads and successfully close sales within the designated sales cycle.
- Utilize multiple communication platforms including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls to build rapport and encourage enrollment.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets in a dynamic, performance-oriented setting.
- Monitor and analyze important performance indicators such as conversion rates and average revenue generated per lead and sale.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a high-performing environment and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver convincing sales presentations.
- A strong focus on achieving results and excelling in a target-centric role.
- Resilience and confidence to succeed within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly understand and master product knowledge, typically within two days.
- While a background in Computer Science or a technical field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive fixed annual salary between ₹4.5 lakh and ₹6 lakh based on experience and fit.
- Performance-based incentives up to ₹12 lakh annually, bringing total potential compensation to between ₹16.5 lakh and ₹18 lakh.

Additional Information
