Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive who will focus on driving both collection and sales activities in the field. The role requires experience in business loan collections or financial services sales, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities and an understanding of the local market to meet sales objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and convert MSME loan prospects through direct field visits.
• Provide clear explanations of loan products and eligibility criteria to potential clients.
• Gather and authenticate KYC and necessary documentation from customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth loan approvals and processing.
• Meet assigned sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales or financial services sector.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Readiness to perform extensive field work.
• Basic understanding of loans and MSME finance is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Work location options include Bilaspur and Balasore.
• This is a full-time position.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
