About the Role
Netambit Value First Services Private Limited is hiring for the role of Airtel Promoter based in Mumbai. This is a full-time field sales position focused on promoting Airtel's products and services directly to customers in various local markets and retail shops.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers in the assigned areas about Airtel's SIM cards, recharge plans, and service offerings.
- Persuade new customers to adopt Airtel's services.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Meet daily sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and retail outlets in the market.
- Perform promotional activities out in the field regularly.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and the local language is essential.
- Must have interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Willingness to perform fieldwork as required.
- Should be active, hardworking, and target-driven.
