About the Role
Netambit Value First Services Private Limited is seeking loan officers to join Bharat Super Shop (BSS) at their location in Patna, Bihar. This is a field sales role focused on engaging with shopkeepers and small business owners to promote loan products and generate new customer leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit the assigned territory to meet shopkeepers and small business owners.
- Identify customers in need of loans and generate new leads.
- Explain retail loan and overdraft (OD) products to customers.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Achieve loan-related sales targets consistently.
- Collect payments from customers and perform regular follow-ups.
- Travel regularly as this is a field-based job requiring market visits.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass.
- Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and the local language; basic English proficiency is needed.
- Ability to convince customers and perform sales effectively.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Readiness to undertake fieldwork and travel extensively.
Mandatory Conditions
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Valid insurance coverage for the two-wheeler.
