Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join PhonePe in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves direct sales efforts by visiting shops to promote and sell QR codes or Sound Box products, as well as onboarding new customers and managing their information.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to retail shops for product promotion and sales.
- Promote and sell PhonePe QR codes and Sound Box devices to merchants.
- Successfully onboard new customers and ensure accurate maintenance of their data.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Additional Information
This role requires proactive fieldwork and excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain customer connections. Sales targets are a critical aspect of this position.
Compensation
The remuneration for this role ranges from 17,000 INR to 27,000 INR per month.
