Job description
About the Role
We are seeking driven Field Sales Executives to become integral members of PhonePe's core growth team. As an FSE, you will be directly employed by PhonePe and will play a vital role in expanding the merchant ecosystem by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite visits in local markets and retail stores to introduce and onboard new merchants.
- Set up PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations for seamless payment acceptance.
- Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundboxes to enhance merchant transaction experiences.
- Provide training to merchants on device usage and address any product-related queries to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Must have ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle (bike or scooter) for commuting to merchant locations.
Additional Information
- Compensation includes attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Hiring is via a formal offer letter directly from PhonePe, with payroll handled by the company.
