Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking to recruit energetic Field Sales Executives to join the core growth team at Paytm. In this role, you will be employed directly by Paytm and play a key role in expanding our network of local merchants by onboarding shops, retail outlets, and various businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits in local markets and retail locations to on-board new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
• Set up and install Paytm QR Codes at the merchant's point-of-sale.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundboxes for merchants to facilitate digital payments.
• Provide training and ongoing support to merchants on the usage of Paytm devices, addressing their questions and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must possess an Android smartphone to effectively manage the related applications and communications.
• Must have access to a two-wheeler, such as a bike or scooter, to travel for merchant visits.

• Incentives include generous weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses.
• Official onboarding will be done with a direct offer letter from Paytm.
• You will be on the official payment payroll of Paytm throughout your tenure.
• Position is based onsite at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
